FOREFIELD Engineering Services

Civil design production for firms with more work than hours.

Forefield is a Hyderabad-based civil design practice producing plans, models and calculations for North American engineering firms and developers — in your CAD standards, in your templates, under your engineer’s review.

Production only. We do not stamp, seal, or act as Engineer of Record. Every deliverable lands on your desk for review and signature by your licensed team.

Built around private development work.

Most of what we produce is private-sector site civil: quick-serve restaurant rollouts, retail and commercial pads, and infrastructure improvements for developers. Repeatable, deadline-driven, template-heavy packages — the work that piles up fastest when your team is already committed.

What we produce

Finished, sheet-ready deliverables — not raw geometry to clean up. Each discipline runs on the software your team already uses.

C–100

Site civil & land development

Grading and earthwork design, site layout, utility routing, ADA compliance checks, pad and pavement design, and complete permit and construction sets for QSR, retail and commercial sites.

Civil 3D · Bluebeam Revu
C–200

Stormwater & hydraulics

Detention and water quality design, storm sewer networks, culvert sizing, floodplain and channel modeling, and drainage reports written to the reviewing agency’s format.

HydroCAD · HEC-RAS · HY-8 · WaterCAD · Hydraulic Toolbox
C–300

Roadway & corridor design

Horizontal and vertical alignments, corridor models, superelevation, cross sections, earthwork volumes, and access and turn-lane geometry for private and public-facing improvements.

C–400

CAD production & plan sets

Sheet setup in your title block, layer standards and styles enforced, detail assembly, xref management, plan and profile sheets, and full Bluebeam markup turnaround.

Civil 3D · AutoCAD · Bluebeam Revu

An extension of your team, not a vendor.

The reason offshore production usually disappoints is that the person who sold the work is not the person who opens the drawing. Here they are the same. Sarfaraz Mohammed — MSc Civil Engineering, MSc Project Management, ten years inside US engineering firms — leads every engagement and reviews every deliverable before it goes back to you.

You get an engineer who already knows what a US plan set looks like, what a municipal reviewer will red-line, and why your layer standard exists. Not a drafter learning on your project.

More about the practice

You send files and standards

Your CAD template, layer standard, survey base and scope. We work inside your environment, never ours.

We produce against a fixed hour band

Agreed weekly hours, logged by task, with a short written status at the end of each day.

You mark up, we turn it

Bluebeam sessions or PDF markups come back cleaned and resolved by your next business morning.

Your PE reviews and seals

Final engineering judgement, review and signature stay entirely with your licensed team.
